(Day 8, LE) Sweat in the Inner Circle (Open, Expecting)

The dojo is at least partially appropriate for the kind of date they were seeking after the last one. Butaj arrives first and prepares for some bariqu the way rigors of the sport demand in terms of garment. Then proceeds with stretching. Calm Heart ratio: within norm. Can spike though soon enough.

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki arrived not long after, looking at Butaj with a warm smile, but moving a little cautiously, the sort of caution one has when they are not so certain of themselves. "Butaj-san." She says, bowing to him. "So now that I've seen Bariqu, you want me to experience it?"

[Moto Butaj]

Butaj's face melts into beaming. "If Yuki so wishes. Butaj can indulge Yuki with any kind of combat exercise though if bariqu is better on another day." He bows back to her, then tilts his head left and right in order to stretch neck muscles.

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki smiled and thought about it for a moment before nodding. "Hai, lets start with Bariqu." Though Yuki wasn't as dressed down as Butaj, and was doing a fairly good job of not staring, she was in clothing meant to fight in, so wouldn't have to worry about her movement being restricted. Yuki watched Butaj stretch, and decided to join in, maybe purposefully showing off. But she was totally just stretching. Totally.

The stretching proves to be on the intenser side and once it's done Butaj feels like after a decent cardio, breathing heavier than he should and having droplets of sweat rolling from his temples down his jaw and onto his bare, hairy chest. Every detail of her motion caught in his peripheral is meticulously engraved into his mind. After swallowing he takes a deep breath to explain the basic rules to her even though she has witnessed them already. "Are you ready?" He steps into the circle.

Yuki couldn't help but giggle at Butaj's reaction to her. She listened to the rules, nodding, then stepped into the circle, where her poor jiujutsu form was almost immediately noticeable.

In the circle, it is his time to chuckle. His grin sharpens as he begins his hunt of Yuki by circling her.

When he closes in, it is with a feral expression that carries the promise of inevitability of his locking embrace.

Inevitable as it is, it brings them closer. Between his grip behind her knee and under her armpit their faces are close to one another. Butaj looks into her eyes and bites his lips down. It is easy for her to tell the memory of their prior bariqu attempt courses vividly through him even as fighter instincts try to remind him that her hold of her needs to be of firm rather than tender nature.

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki is a bit surprised at the swiftness of Butaj's moves. After all it's one thing to see bariqu, and another thing entirely to experience it. While Yuki remembers their time last night fondly, she seems far more in control of herself now, between the lack of an altered state of mind and her now realizing she had such desires meaning she put a better lock on them.

Not as good of a lock as Butaj had on Yuki, however, as she proved completely incapable of breaking out.

[Moto Butaj]

He can't make himself toss her so he just presses to trip her to sit in the circle, then quickly steps away heaving as if was him who has just been overpowered. He controls himself, but it is a high-equilibrium control, with all of himself mobilised to countermand rampaging passions. he waits for her to get up, licking his lips to lessen their dryness and shaking his head slightly in dismissal of his thoughts.

Yuki gets back to her feet quickly, actually looking rather cross at Butaj. The delicate toss had been enough to reveal the necklace that she wore around her neck now. "Butaj-san. I am Shiba trained, I'm not some delicate Doji flower." She grumped at him.

Yuki got into position again to prepare for the grapple.

(Defense Stance, ATN- 19)

"Then show it." He grins and waits for her to act while he admires her, endeared by the beautiful combination of comeliness and character.

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki's brow furrowed and she charged at Butaj, but her lack of experience at grappling meant he easily slipped out of her grasp. Yuki turned and waited for the response.

[Moto Butaj]

As he sidesteps her assault he grips her waist like one would hold a top, then spins her unforcefully with a smirk, adding a dancing feel to their fight.

Yuki remained obviously out of her element as Butaj spun her around. Try as she might, and try she did, she couldn't regain control of the situation.

It is fun, but Butaj wants her to carry out a lesson from the ring rather than just self-angst she seems to be prone to when failing, as Hirase suggested. So he returns to the rim and circles her, waiting for her return to the fighting position.
