[Matsu Kogo]

Her eyes flash, but not in a threatening way. "Oh that's how you want to play?" She runs to a place where her box of sweets has been hidden away. "I guess these are all for me then." She proceeds to pop one into her mouth.

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

"Well... we could trade," he says, with big sad eyes. "Right?"

[Matsu Kogo]

She gives him a mock glare. "I'm not sure. You laughed quite a lot at my suffering. Why should I trade with you?"

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

"Because you don't want to have a sore neck from sleeping without a pillow? Or because I'm usually a nice guy? Or because if you don't I'll have to come over there and fail to take them from you... spectacularly," he replies smirking.

[Matsu Kogo]

She looks at him through lidded eyes. "You would steal my pillow? You ruffian!" She flings a sweet at him.

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

Despite having let the pillow hit him, he wasn't going to let a sweet go to waste. He had pretty good reflexes too. He snatches it from the air and proceeds to eat it. "Not steal! Ransom!"

"And that was a fair trade," he replies with a smile, moving to her bed to set it down.

[Matsu Kogo]

She shakes her head, a wicked smile on her face. "The same thing you thief!" She snatches the pillow from him and moves it to her bed, taking the rest of the sweets with her and guarding them. "That will be all you taste of those. I see your goals now." She mock glares at him, jokingly baring her teeth like a lion.

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

"That's okay. I can die happy knowing I got at least one. I just hope Emma-O will judge me kindly knowing that I did it for sweets. If he likes sweets he'll understand," he says with a nod.

[Matsu Kogo]

She cannot hold back her laughter at his serious demeanor and proffers the box. "You are an accomplished actor Shinjo-san. I cannot imagine a better performance." She pauses for a moment. Somehow, it is starting to sound ridiculous to be so formal while I throw pillows at his head.

"Shinjo-san, some time ago, you called me by my given name and I reminded you of propriety...I would not mind, now that we know each other better if you called me Kogo-san in private."

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

"I wouldn't mind if you called me Monkh-san either," he says with a smile. "Even in public. It's comfortable for me."

[Matsu Kogo]

She smiles at him. "All right...Monkh-san..." She pauses, touching the pillow. "Prepare to meet your maker!" She flings the pillow again and after it takes flight, pulls up the bed roll as a shield.

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

He catches the pillow this time and starts (not so) savagely beating the bedroll, laughing at the game. "I thought we were trying to figure out things we didn't like," he says through the fun. "You trying to tell me you don't like not getting hit by a pillow?"

[Matsu Kogo]

She laughs. "I am changing tactics merely. A war of words, I might not excel at. But my knowledge of the terrain in this tent and its contents is unparalleled. Here, I cannot be beaten!" She lifts the bed roll, plainly joking around but also trying to look serious. She then responds, "Plus, I do not wish you to discover what you dislike about me. So I evade!" She wraps the bedroll around her body and moves to the sweet box, using the bedroll as a sort of fort around her body and the sweet box. "A cunning plan, don't you think?"

[Shinjo Monkhbaatar]

"A cunning plan indeed. But that won't stop the persistent," he replies with a chuckle. "Perhaps you'll consider leaving that fort if I start searching your yurt for hidden things that might be embarrassing? I wonder what's in the trunk over there? That's where I'd keep my clothing if this were my yurt." He smiles deviously at her.

[Matsu Kogo]

She blushes. The trunk is where she has hidden the idol of Benten, not wanting to look like a total sap prior to this meeting. Though it would not be catastrophic, it might be slightly embarrassing. "Now you propose to go digging through my underclothes?! First a thief, now a...." She realizes she doesn't know an appropriate word for this. "A....peeper! I am learning too much of you today Monkh-san!" She looks at the sweet box. "Perhaps you could be bribed to leave my poor trunk alone?"
