Is there a limit to how many times you can use luck rerolls on one roll?

No, but note that you only have so many rerolls per session, and we're still on the first "session" (and will be through the end of Day 3).

Also, you can't go back and reroll things after someone has posted after you. Do it in your original post or not at all.

Generally speaking, your private forum is the best place.

That list is only for when you show up.

If you gain an advantage during the game, it won't add extra points.
