For the uninitiated; this thread is for music that inspires your characters, that's inspired by scenes, the game, other characters, and so forth. Feel free to post and share links to music you have for any of those.

For Misa, I couldn't help but think of Touch by Daft Punk. Very ethereal and thoughtful, yet different, like she is, and touch is something she's focused on without her sight, just as the lyrics are in their own spacey way. Edit - Not to mention the yearning of needing more. Wanting it more, but needing that extra of sight.

Kamisama no Kamisama by Hanae was a great inspiration for me when writing up this character. It's cutesy tones helped me get into the mindset, and the anime it's from was also an inspiration on some things.

Inspiration was something along the lines of "what would've Nanami and Tomoe's kid or grandkid be like?"

Healthy doses of both Nanami and Tomoe in this one.

I don't really do the whole 'theme based on the meaning of the lyrics' or anything. My themes mostly just boil down to how a song makes me feel and whether that feeling fits the character.
