Most general questions can go in here (sometimes other players can answer too ). But if you have a question that you don't want to share, like say it's something you want to keep secret about your plans or your character, the Private Forum is there for you.

Technical issue: I can't seem to send PMs. Even when I go to my inbox and click "Compose," I don't get a text input form.

Are my account permissions perhaps not as they should be?

I just shifting my permissions to your own and tried to send a PM, and it worked, so that must not be it.
