Kogo had gotten the fire set up for the possible guests, having taken Hanashi's earlier campfire as the norm and providing the space instead of a grand arrangement. Not that she had the koku to make that happen regardless. However, she hoped that some would arrive and perhaps share stories. And hopefully, we can discuss the day with no further duels occurring.

Noburu came and sat down a few feet with the fire on the grass, plainly enjoying the extra heat. "I can always count on you cat, to love a little luxury." She sits down on a nearby blanket, one of several spread on the grass and waits.

Hideo returned from the singing with a smile on his face. It had been a somewhat stressful day, but Amaya's song had made it all worthwhile.

He noticed an...odd sight though. A Lion preparing a fire?

Curious, he drew closer, bowing to the woman as he did so.

"Matsu-san. Good evening. I hope you are well?"

She stands and bows to the Imperial. "Konbanwa Seppun-sama. I am well. How are you this fine evening?"

"I am well, thank you Matsu-san. I am Seppun Hideo. Forgive me if I have interrupted anything?" He looked over at the fire "My day has been quite interesting, but we draw closer to the end of this miai and perhaps after this things will be calmer."

She shakes we head at his question. "No interruption Seppun-sama. I merely create a space so that if others wish to gather and converse, they may do so in comfort. It has been a long day and I thought others might enjoy a simple fire. " she smiles a little wryly. " it has certainly not been a boring day. It almost makes one long for boredom. "

"A campfire for conversations? How quaint" Hideo smiled at that "may I join you? I could certainly enjoy a relaxing evening."

She searches for the barb in his conversation, sensing its possibility. But he seems to be in earnest. "Please, feel free. There is enough fire for everyone."

"Wonderful, thank you" Hideo smiled genuinely, moving to sit and waiting for the woman to join her seating, then paused as he noticed the large cat. "Oh...yours, Matsu-san?" Hideo asked with surprise as he looked upon the animal.

She joins him, leaning back up against Noburu, who is a truly comfy, if growly cushion. She follows his gaze. "Oh yes. Her name is Noburu." She looks at him. "Have you seen a Warcat before?"

The tiny Moshi was going to her Yurt as she noticed the Matsu and the Seppun. She approached and gave a bow as she waited for acknoledgement.

Seeing the Moshi and realizing her duties as nominal host, Kogo stood up and bowed to her. "Moshi-san, it is good to see you. I am grateful for the help you gave me the other day in divination. Please, will you join us?" In her head, she silently thinks, Please don't leave me alone with the Imperial, this has not gone well in the past for Lions.....

"That is good news." She smiled. "I hope you don't mind Seppun sama me joining in."

"I cannot say I have seen a warcat with my own eyes, although I have heard of them" Hideo said with a curious look at the big growly cushioncat "she is quite the sight. If I am to understand the relationship between Matsu and warcat correctly, you would have raised her?"

Then the Moshi arrived, and Hideo rose to give the Moshi a bow.

"Moshi-san, it is good to see you again. I hope you are well? Please join us, this is a gathering of friends old and new, arranged by Matsu-san here and her honourable companion Noburu."

She nods to the Seppun. "Yes, I did. We've been together her whole life." She smiles at the compliment paid by the Imperial but stays slightly cautious. Sometimes, these things hold barbs.

"I think Noburo likes to play with little nekos." The Moshi smiled. "I have been well planning things and wondering about others Seppun sama."
