Nonin was wondering around, as was his want, when he came upon a crushed paper fan. He stopped to pick it up and was examining it when he heard the snap and crunch of another fan being destroyed. He looked and noticed the extremely unhappy looking Lion.

He froze for a moment, then took a deep breath and stepped forward and bowed. "Blessings upon you, Lion-sama. This one is Isawa Nonin, a shugenja of the Phoenix." He started to say something else but then thought better of it and waited to be acknowledged.
