Dark Edge Village

Yuki's yurt was looking quite tidy, with a pot of plain rice finishing in the fire. She let the pot simmer as she quietly flipped through the pillowbook she had borrowed from the library while waiting for her guest, and friend.

Wearing her white and red hanfu Tomoe strolled over to the Western Camp... or rather, she was occassionally pushed a bit by the over-eager wind.

Arriving at the tent, Tomoe scratched at the flap as she announced her presence. "Good afternoon, Asako-san?"

The flap was pushed aside by a smiling Yuki not long after. "Usagi-sama. It's so good to see you, please, come in." She stepped aside to let Tomoe in out of the gusts.

"Thank you, Asako-san, and please, no need for such an honorific. I doubt my position is higher than yours. Usagi-san, or Tomoe-san, if you prefer, will be just fine." The Hare smiled and dipped into a bow as she stepped inside.

Yuki smiled brighter at that and bowed in return. "Hai, Tomoe-san. You may call me Yuki-san." She closed the flap behind her and moved towards the center of the yurt. "Ah, have you eaten lately? I was cooking some rice, I'm not much of a cook, but it's better than nothing, neh?"

"I enjoyed some traditional Unicorn breakfast today, but if it's no bother, Yuki-san... I did kind of miss rice," she chuckled warmly with some embarrassement. "I mean, the food was good, but it was odd to not have rice with the meal."

Yuki nodded and smiled "And everything is so spicy! Butaj-san came by a few nights ago with some pilav and I thought my mouth was on fire!" She giggled a little, then blushed as she remembered what came after the pilav.

"Pira? I don't think I've tried this... but," she giggled and lowered her voice, "if it still makes your face red, I imagine it must have been spicy indeed!"

That just got Yuki to blush even more as she covered her face. "Ahh, hai. Very spicy." She murmured under her covered face. "Oh! The book." She dug out the pillowbook that she had borrowed. "It was... ermm. I liked it." She smiled.

The Hare smirked, perhaps a little knowingly too, but she didn't press the issue.

"I'm glad to hear it. Do you feel it might've shed some light on romantic relations too for you?"

Khulun has spent much of the afternoon trying to track down the Rabbit and finally after asking some servants found her way to this yurt. The Phoenix were here, she shrugs and announces herself, "Hey Rabbit-sensei, you in there? It is Moto Khulun."

Yuki smiled and was about to respond when Khulun's voice rang out and Yuki frowned a little before sighing and getting to her feet and walking to the flap.

"Hai, Moto-san? What can I do for you today?"

"Sayyeda, just looking for Rabbit-sensei, didn't mean to bother you," she says honestly.

"Moto-san?" Tomoe looked surprised at the sudden appearance of Khulun. "Did... something happen?"

"Just returning this," she says pulling out the jade.

"Sorry to bother just did not want to forget."
