She laughs and lowers her eyes and then says, “Whatever is your truth, Udo.”

[Togashi Udo]

"I have had interest, but as I said, marriage is rare. I have never pursued anyone before, or expressed interest to them. It all seemed to be as the moon, destined to go dark before a new one shone through."

He shrugs. "I'm hoping that it's changing, though. That this time it's the sun, steady and bright, only changing in position but not intensity."

[Moto Khulun]

“I see,” she says and then is quiet for a long time.

[Togashi Udo]

Udo is more than happy to sit in silence and does so for some time with her.

"I will always be straightforward with you, even if my words do not seem so. It is why I am more blunt with you than others, but still, it can be hard for me.

"You mentioned that maybe we change like the sun, which is why I mentioned to sun again. To indicate that I care for you... but I do not want to act on something this important without more understanding. Meditation... as I said it trains my mind so I can act correctly without thought, but in this, my training fails me."

He, too, falls silent.

“Then kiss me, when words fail, action speaks as thunder,” she says quietly.

[Togashi Udo]

Udo blushes, but kisses her anyway. He does so with some hesitation, having never done so before. It is a short kiss, but more than a peck... and at the end he is blushing still.

She places her hand at the back of his head and nibbles his lip lightly before they part and says, "You are too cute, thank you."

"I should sleep soon, thank you for your words."

[Togashi Udo]

"I... am not sure 'thank you' is what I wanted to hear, but I don't know what is, so... you're welcome?"

Udo is feeling all sorts of flustered.

"Sleep seems good, Khulun-san. I shall see you soon."

[Moto Khulun]

"And what did you want to hear?" she laughs teasingly.

[Togashi Udo]

Udo clears his throat, and pointedly ignores her question.

"You said something about sleep?"

[Moto Khulun]

She stands and nods, "May your heart rest easy, Sayyed Udo."

She departs.

[Togashi Udo]

Udo shakes his head. "Concentrate," he whispers to himself, and he continues to practice his jiujutsu.
