Night-time Measurements (D6, LE)

As the fields darkened at the setting of Lady Sun, one young Scorpion walked about a small ravine counting paces and making notes on a sheet of paper. He'd pause ever few steps to tabulate something in his head and then continue down the path that slowly led back to the village. While map-making was his main concern at the moment, he also had a slew of other concerns racing through his mind which he sought to control.

He looked up at Lord Moon and chuckled.

Gotta be frustrating... to chase that woman around all day and never catch up... I'm starting to get why you'd be so angry sometimes.
