form place to place not really knowing anyone, making friends yet leaving them behind. Is it what lady Amateasu wants for her? She shall never know. Asakiko carried her basket filled with the few things she brought as her scroll satchel was on her other side. She walked alone to the sunset proud of herself. Where will destiny take her only the fortunes know...

"Moshi-san!" Hiroji was out walking the fields that evening, trying to make sense of today's events, when he had spotted the tiny moshi. He yelled to get her attention.

She knew that voice... Hiroji. The Centipede turned. "Blessings of Lady Amaterasu... Kaiu sama." She gave the large man a bow.

Hiroji responds to her bow. "I think we know each other well enough. Just call me Hiroji-san, Asakiko-san." He pauses. "You are leaving already?"

The Moshi nodded. "Hai... Hiroji sama." His chosen name sounded sweet in her lips. "It is the call to the Sun we children of the Moshi are drawn. Such a lovely setting sun..."

"Will you go home, then?" He asks, a small sad smile on his lips.

"I go where I am needed and I guess giving the news in person is better than sending a letter." She gave him a smile. "But do not fret Hiroji sama... We shall see ourselves again."

Hiroji said, his smile fading a bit. "I am thankful that we will meet again, Asakiko-san. What news do you mean?"

"The dark ones I am afraid." She shook her head. "I want them to prepare for what might come. I trust you will do what you must about those news."

Hiroji's expression hardens. "Yes, the Onyx Champion and all the dark happenings at this miai... They do not spell good... I will do my best to prevent anything I can. And if worst comes to worst, I know how to deal with this."

"I shall send you letters. If you hear my voice in the wind be not afraid. Unless I sound stressed... then you know what has to be done. Hopefully that won't be n necessary if we play our tiles right."

Hiroji sighs and nods. "Let us hope it will never be necessary." He pauses. "What of the miai? You will be married to a unicorn who was not present, yes?"

She takes a deep breath. "I hope that Benten blesses me. For I will not marry into the Unicorn." The tiny woman chuckled. "It will depend if the would be husband passes the tests..." The Moshi smiled.

Hiroji raises an eyebrow, an amused expression on his face. "The tests of a moshi? I fear for the poor samurai if he is not worthy. But if he is, I hope you two will be happy."

"We are a Matriacal clan... no one should become a Moshi with out being tested." The Centipede chuckled. "Specially when they come from gaijin lands... the Nakodo should be one to approve. This Miai without a melodic brings bad omens and enemies among clans."
