[Moto Butaj]

Butaj shrugs, stifling a laugh. Ok, not really stifling it, because why. He just laughs. "If dada said no kissy stuff, then no kissy stuff."

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki turned her gaze back to Butaj with a grin. "Hai, hai, Ichiro-kun." She relented with a small sigh.

"Ichiro-kun, did you thank Moto-san for allowing you to ride on his horse?"

Ichiro's eyes went a bit wide at that and he got to his feet again, bowing to Butaj awkwardly. "Thank you very much, Moto-sama, for allowing me to ride on your horse. I had a lot of fun and was glad I didn't lose any hair."

[Moto Butaj]

"You're welcome." Butaj leans back and faces the boy. He returns the courtesy by dipping his chin. "You've done well today and Butaj will be proud of you if you continue training to be a horse rider. When you learn to ride well, even the hair won't be popping out."

[Asako Yuki]

Ichiro grinned at the praise and Yuki sat up to ruffle the boy's hair. "I'm certain you will prove yourself to be an excellent rider, Ichiro-san. Certainly better than your father." She grinned at that.

Ichiro laughed, still smiling. "Ehhh? Really?"

[Moto Butaj]

"Being better than your father is not that hard since your father wasn't training riding as a child like you do! But if you want a real challenge, try to be as good as Butaj when you grow up!" Butaj tells the boy with a broad smile, lightly patting his arm.

[Asako Yuki]

Ichiro beamed at that. "Then maybe I can take dad anywhere he wants to go on my horse, and we can see the whole of Rokugan and he can write a whole lot about it and become the most famousest scholar ever!"

Yuki giggled at the boy. "Hai, hai, maybe."

[Moto Butaj]

"Butaj thinks it's a great idea." He chuckles, winking at Yuki's reservations.

[Asako Yuki]

Yuki smirked a little. "Come on then, let's get you cleaned up before we send you back to your father, Ichiro-kun." She sat up reluctantly, gaze still on Butaj.

Ichiro looked equally disappointed. "Hai, hai. Do you think I'll get to ride a horse again later though? It was a lot of fun!"

Yuki giggled. "That will be up to your father."

[Moto Butaj]

Butaj leans over to the boy, laying his hand on his arm and speaking right to him. "I think yes, I'll tell your father to make it so. Dream big, Ichiro, of you, your future steed and the open steppe. The world will be yours to brave." He then looks at Yuki with the gentlest of smiles, thinking of their children he will be able to tell the same thing.

[Asako Yuki]

Ichiro grinned widely. "Arigato, Moto-san." He said, bowing. Yuki looked back, and it wasn't hard to tell she was thinking the same thing. Which was enough to get Ichiro's face between them again.

"Dada was very clear-" Ichiro begins and Yuki sticks her tongue out at him and jumps to her feet.

"Hai, hai, I heard you the first time, Ichiro-kun."

She held out a hand to Butaj to help him up.

[Moto Butaj]

Butaj takes her hand and gracefully hops to his feet, grinning. Most of his thoughts are about how adorable she is when she sticks her tongue out. A smaller portion of them is about the imminent Iuchi event, the last during this miai. "I'm ready." He doesn't break contact of their eyes, letting himself liberally drown in hers.
