Dark Edge Village

The Shrine of the Emerald Champion is an ancient shrine that honors the distant days when Dark Edge Village hosted the tournaments of the Emerald Championship. Those days have long since past, but a steady succession of monks have continued to tend to the shrine, ensuring that it continues to honor the memory of Kakita and those who came after him.

The shrine itself stands near the Dueling Fields and consists of a simple torii arch that stands atop a small, raised hill.
