Dark Edge Village

Mizuki waited with tea and her mask that allows her to drink. She wasn't sure what this is about, but Hotaru insisted it was important. Mizuki invited all members of her Clan. She wasn't sure who would be available on such short notice. Especially when Mizuki didn't relay the urgency just in case someone else was watching.

Taira arrived, weary, but awake.

It sounded like he might be needed again.

She bows and lets Taira in. "Welcome, please come in and sit. Would you like some tea?"

Another clan meeting? Bah...

Yuichi also arrives. He scratches the door and then enters the room.

'' Cousin, Taira-san'' He bows to those present.

She gives Yuichi a bow. "Please sit. Would you like some tea?"

Yuuru arrived and nodded to everyone. The singing event had filled him with some smiles at the very least, so he entered the meeting in a good mood.

Silly kids and their love stories...

He nodded to Mizuki in thanks of the invite and waited for the meeting to start.

Taira just took his place, tall collar hiding the hard set of his jaw. Those present got a nod, mostly concealed by his 'mask'.

He was already not in the best mood.

'' Hai, arigato. '' Yuichi nods, accepting the tea, he doesn't say anything else. For now...

Well, this was uncomfortable. Normally, she would bring up today's event, but no. No. That was not happening.

"Thank you all for coming. I'm not quite sure what this is about. Bayushi Hotaru asked for it and said it was important."

Yuuru nodded his head and pursed his lips in interest. "Cool."

"I see."

Taira sighed.

"I'm sure it must be, if she called us together, after our last gathering was such a resounding display of camaraderie."

Yuuru chuckled, "Your mask isn't doing a good job hiding that long face you got there cousin."

Yuichi smirks with Taira's words and continues to drink his tea.

Taira laughed. "I've spent this entire miai patching people together, and so they turn to foolishness a bandage can't fix. I sometimes wonder why I bother."

There is no tonic for what that woman is doing to me, or what the rest of them do to each other.

He chuckled again, "Women do some funny stuff. Neh, Yogo-sama?

He turned his smile to Mizuki playfully.
