[Kaiu Hiroji]

Hiroji raises his eyebrow. "Eloquent? Bah. It's the sake that's eloquent I'm just doing the talkin'!" He gives a hearty laugh.

[Matsu Kogo]

She laughs. "Well then, to sake! May it make us eloquent and courtly, so that we need no longer take lessons." She fills her cup once more, knowing she will regret this choice.

[Kaiu Hiroji]

Hiroji laughs and raises his cup. His speech starting to slur a bit he says: "To sake! The Crane have nothing on the skills brought on by it!"

[Matsu Kogo]

She laughs, a shakier one than before. Her eyes shine for a brief second and then it is gone. "To surpassing the Crane through the power of Sake!" She takes that last one down and slams the cup down.

[Kaiu Hiroji]

Hiroji too drinks the rest of his cup and slams it on the table. "Never tell me a Lion cannot drink, for I will know it is a lie!" He laughs. He looks around the bar. "Oh how this reminds me of home!" He says as he refills his cup with what's left in the sake bottle on the table.

[Matsu Kogo]

She looks slightly blearily at him and feels a slight dizziness coming on. "I am glad you are feeling better Hiroji-san." She sits back but possibly a little too hard. "It has been...a long time since I have drunk like this." Possibly ever. Never? Ever. I think.

[Kaiu Hiroji]

Hiroji puts the empty bottle on the table. "Ah... It is the traditional mourning ritual, it has come to an end. Now is a time for celebration before the darkness!" He exclaims, before his expression darkens a tad. "I will have to dwell on the matter of cursed love much, soon. So I will dwell on the good more than on the bad before that."

[Matsu Kogo]

She looks at him, amazed at his energy. She is just trying to figure out if her feet are still connected to the rest of her body. She taps them gently against the table. Yup..Still there. "Celebration?"

[Kaiu Hiroji]

He nods. "One final song before we return to battle. One final celebration, for it may be our last." He nods.

[Matsu Kogo]

Kogo looks confused but tries to keep her face together. "Battle? What battle do we head towards Hiroji-san?" She looks around as if expecting something to leap out at her.

[Kaiu Hiroji]

He laughs warmly. "It is a crab tradition Kogo-san. There is always a battle. But the one I'm referring to now, is the Unicorn's challenge."

[Matsu Kogo]

Comprehension dawns on her face. "Ohhhh, I see. Yes, we must prepare for battle. " I must find some tea. And some water....

[Kaiu Hiroji]

Hiroji rose up. "Indeed Kogo-san! Let us begin the singing! We must stretch our voice!" He offer her his hand to help her up to stand, as he starts to sing: "My father was a builder, like the one before him too. He dropped many a rocks, but thankfully they only squashed bugs!"

[Matsu Kogo]

She stands there, astonished by the casual touch as much as the drinking song. Her On is intact but she does not know what to do, at all.

[Kaiu Hiroji]

Hiroji continues singing, apparently not noticing the Lion's discomfort. "Sing Kogo-san!" "You must realize that he hadn't built the wall by himself, but it is told he dropped near as many rocks up from his perch.
