Dark Edge Village

Yuuru arrived in the stables in the morning with the intent of seeing the horse he rode yesterday in the event. It had been a surprisingly positive experience for the Scorpion pioneer explorer. He came alongside the beast's stall and admired the animal with a slight smirk on his lips.

He nodded and gave the horse his thanks as the creature was busily consuming its morning meal.

Ameka, while having had a less than positive experience (nothing had broken, at least), still came into the stables that morning, to visit her own pony and possibly have some quiet time. Finding another person there, however, she bowed and greeted politely, "Good morning, Soshi-san."

"Ah, Doij-san. It's a pleasure to see you again. Coming to see the horses? Or did your heart lead you to me?" He smiled.

"You, as well. I was just coming to visit my own pony," she said with a half-smile. The last did get a chuckle out of her. "Hmm, perhaps the wind inspired and led me to you, though?"

He smiled and winked, "You paint a beautiful picture of romance. I could get caught up in it. It's a shame they don't let us take our horses out and ride into the sunset."

"I am an artist, after all," she notes with a smile, leaning against the stable wall. "I do think that would upset our hosts a bit, all things considered. Though potentially a subject for the singing event a bit later."

He smiled and nodded, "I have no intention of upsetting our hosts, so our trip will have to wait for another day."

He chuckled, "So do you plan on singing later then?"

"It feels a bit like my duty as a Crane to perform," she admits with a chuckle. "Even if it's not my specialty."

He smiled, "Then I will look forward to it. Do you have anyone in mind you're going to sing about?"

"I'm still in the same situation I described the other day," she admits with a chuckle. "I honestly have no idea. You're the only person I've so much as flirted with. And while you're very attractive, I don't think it's love just yet." She gives whim a cute smile.

He smiled, "Maybe in a future life then. Can't get the timing right every time."

He chuckled, "Have you talked with many of them?"

"I'd like to think my chances at love aren't lifetimes away, you may be right," she sighs a little, smile fading to half strength. Harsh. "Some, yes."

He smiled, "I didn't mean to imply that either, just that perhaps our turn was sometime in the future."

He then nodded, "Would you care for any introductions to anyone?"

"My apologies, Soshi-san. It feels like it is shaping up to be a long day, and I may have let it affect my interpretation of your words," she runs a hand through her hair then bows apologetically. "Can you think of anyone you think would be a good idea?"

Yuuru put his hand to his chin to think, "Hmmm... there are a few... Tell me, what is it you admire in a man?"
